What is EFT?

EFT is part of a new wave of Energy Psychology that affects mental and emotional states simply by tapping on specific acupuncture meridian points with the fingertips. It is a NON INVASIVE and SAFE technique. It is also easy to learn and simple to use.

In an EFT Treatment, a person is guided by an EFT Practitioner to tap with the fingertips on certain meridian points while making a relevant statement. Within ten to fifteen minutes of tapping these points most people are aware of a noticeable calm and ease and are less identified with the issue being worked on.
